However, unless you know exactly how to go about finding your desired information, you may come up empty-handed.Outside scholarships are typically awarded through variations of specific qualities or characteristics. These are called "qualifiers,” and describe specific things about you that could qualify you to receive a scholarship. Use qualifiers as key words in your search engine. This will enable you to narrow and expedite your search. Choosing the right key words will connect you with the right information.
